interests to be faithful and honest hands. 
The Freedmen's board has been doing a very brisk business since it's organization, but as the people are beginning to get acquainted with its proceedings, the causes of complaints are getting fewer, there have been no complaints in regard to the decisions of said court, and every thing is  working in good condition so far as I have been able to judge.
There is a good deal of feeling among some of the Arristocracy against the operation of the "Bureau", but it does not manifest itself in any thing but sulkiness.
Some of the former class of white people create numbers of disturbances between the Freedmen and their employers, by telling them incredulous stories, which the more ignorant of the Freedmen believe.
I think there are a great many men deterred from making contracts on account of the printed blanks being required, many do not like them
