Genl I have the honor to recommend the following Property which was originally taken up by me at this post as "Bureau Property" be disposed of at Public auction & the proceeds of the Sale be transferred to Capt. White
Chief Qr. Mr. Bureau of R.F. & A.L. for this state -

4 Store Houses
2 Hospital Buildings
1 Wash House
1 Building, formerly used as an office
1 Building  formerly used for Negro Quarters

These buildings are not necessary for any bureau or Govt. purpose. The material in them will bring considerable money. More now than at some future time as it is deteriorating in value by exposure. The Hospital buildings are on private ground, are in the way of the owners of the 
property & are not now being used, nor is there any probability of needing them, as we have (9) nine other similar buildings
