I have the honor to make the following report. Their is an old Cold Man living at this place (Clarksville) named Anthony Nicholas aged (64) sixty four years who is entirely destitute and suffering with dropsey. he is perfectly helpless and has no home, nor no friends to take care of him, I respectfully suggest that (if Consistent with orders) he may be sent to the Freedman's Hospital at Farmville Va., and that transportation be furnished him from Wolf Trap to Farmville
