Some of the Union haters here accomplished at last, what they failed in about six months ago -

last night Aug 3/66 about eleven Oclock P.M. a fire was noticed burning in the upper part of the building known as "Concert Hall" next to the Cor. of Williams & Talbot St's the fire quickly communicated with the hall of the Virginia Blues." - both of which buildings were soon destroyed - it does look frightful- All your old stables are burnt to the ground from the Cor. of Talbot Street up to the Dutchman's Store - from above Mr. Bradleys Office, and away to the lane that runs up to Main Street, is one
