This day personally appeared, William H. Curtis, before me W.R. Willis a Notary Public [[crossed out]] a Justice of the peace [[/crossed out]] in my said county, and made oath that he is not embraced within any of the excepted classes of the Presidents Proclamation of May 29th 1866. Given under my hand this 27th day of August 1866.
