Bureau R F and A Lands
Office of Asst 3 Dist Supt
Richmond V 30 Nov /66
Respectfully returned to the Asst Comr through office of Supt 5 Dist. with the information, that repeated Euquiries have been made at the office of the High Constable, to know what action had been taken upon the judgment given against Mr Guigon in favor William Lyons cold. Nothing satisfactory can be obtained, as evident reluctance is evinced in the execution of this judgement and from what I can learn, it is his intention to appeal against the decision of the Court, which will prevent her obtaining the money for 60 days from the date of his appeal.
