General: 
I have the honor to present herewith the claim against the U.S. of Ellen White for back pay. Also, the case of Peter Gambray inquiring whether in his case there is bounty due. 

Also, to inquire if the Bureau can aid worthy col'd soldiers or their widows in getting a place on the Pension Rolls. I have had several applicants, but I have no blanks or instructions.

Also, to inquire if the Bureau can aid col'd soldiers in securing artificial limbs from gov't, and if so, asking instructions for such cases.

Also, requesting more blanks for Retained Bounties
