Kellogg and two colored orphan children, named Molly Atkinson & Jessee Frisbee, to be taken to Orphan Asylum. Office Supt R.F & A.L. 1 Dist. Va. Norfolk May 24th 1866 Respectfully returned to Genl O Brown at Richmond Va, These children belong in Portsmouth but Miss Kellogg had made arrangements with the officers of the (over) Bureau RF & A.L.
