My Dear Sir:
Kindly permit me to present to you George E Taylor Esq of this City a gentleman whom I have the pleasure of knowing intimately well, and whom I take great pleasure in endorsing most heartily. He desires to consult you about opening an intelligence office for colored people and from my knowledge of him he would conduct it in a purely honorable way thereby giving satisfaction to yourself as the Head of the Freedmen Affairs in this section

Permit me to commend him to your very kindest consideration

And believe me to be Dear Sir.
Most sincerely yours
Geo Gibson
