My Dear Sir,
In reply to your favor of the 28th Feby. inclosing the request of Mess. Merril & Brown of Richmond for information in regard to the transportation of freed persons of color to Siberia. I have the honor to say, that our Society intend to send a vessel with immigrants on the first of May next, & application should be made early for a free passage, to the society in this City, or the Agent of the Society. Dr. James Hall of Baltimore. 

Information on the subject will be sent to the Gentleman referred to, in your letter,
