Augusta, Ga April 10th 1866

Jacob. R. Davis. Agent. Requests than an order be given Albert Bethel for his two children Samuel and Martha, who are in the possession of Mr Geo W Palmer at Saltville, Va.

On the above was the following Endorsement
Respectfully referred to Col O. Brown Ass't Com'r for Virginia, with request that he will cause the children within referred to, to be sent to this state.
