to this Office, I then forwarded them to Capt John O Oneill Asst Supt Abingdon Va. but in the mean time, I received the within enclosed communication from Mr. Palmer, also copy of letter from the Father of said children, to these enclosiers your attention is respectfully invited,  Mr Palmer states that he is willing to give them up although he would rather keep them on account of the attachment of an only child of his they are not bound as apprentices, I have instructed Mr Palmer, to retain the children in his possession untill further instructions,
