Brown AAA Genl, inviting attention to within letter of John Garst, Jr. President of the Board of Overseers of the Poor of the County of Roanoke, Va. and would recommend that the rations in the hands of Lt Hunt Asst Supt. 8 Dist Va. be turned over to the Overseers of the Poor for the use of the paupers.
