I beg leave to offer my services to you in any way that you may think you can employ me. I am from Luzerne Co. Pennsylvania and have been Employed in the United States Enege Corps over two years. In March 1865 I found that the work of the department of Kentucky in which I was then seemed to be nearly completed and I went to New Orleans and was employed by the Board of Education in the Freedmans Bureau. [[?]] Lieut. E. W. Wheelock was Secretary of the Board and Rev Mr Conway was Superintendent of the Freedmans Bureau
