Madison & Green Co Va
June 21st 1866

B Sweeny late Lt. and Asst. Supt for Green Co. who was relieved from duty sometime since but still remains without any apparant business and if it is within the province of military authority I would request that he be ordered to leave the county for the benefit of the Freedmen and all concerned
