Rockbridge County, to wit:  Wm N. Bumpkin Sergeant
   For as much as James Holley has this day complained on oath before me James K. Comondron Major of the Corporation of Lexington, that G.B. Carse of the said Corporation did on this 29th day of September 1866, threaten to shoot him or do him bodily injury, and has required surety of the peace of the said G.B. Carse: I Command you, in the name of the Commonwealth  of Virginia, forthwith to apprehend the said G.B. Carse, and to bring him before me or some Justice of the Peace of said County, to answer the said Complaint.
   Given under my hand this 29th day of Sept. 1866.
