District or County, Walton County State, Georgia Name of School, Liberty Hill Name of Teacher, Edmond Arnold [[stamp]] THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES OF THE UNITED STATES [[/stamp]] Mr Lewis Sir I commenced school the 1st of June and have taught this school with 9 schollars, will not fill the blank or answer the questions thereon until the end of my present scholastic month which commenced the 27th of this Inst Very Respectfully Edmond Arnold [[stamp]] BUREAU R.F. & A.L. REC'D JUL 2'69 GEORGIA OFFICE ASS'T. COMM'R. [[/stamp]] Forwarded Received EXPLANATIONS. If any of the within questions cannot be answered by the teacher, they may be left for the Superintendent. Place each answer, to the extent of your knowledge, opposite the question, and he will fill the remaining spaces. Night and Sabbath schools taught by a group of teachers should be reported but once. In the "Remarks" notice any important fact which the blank does not call for. It is hoped that the Educational Societies will adopt this form of Report; if so, the Bureau can furnish the blanks. ☞ Should more extended forms be used, it would oblige the Commissioner to have them included all the items of this.
