This day Leonard B Nottingham & Wm P. Nottingham personally appeared before me Luther Nottingham a justice of the peace for the County of Northampton and State of Virginia, and made oath that Sarah U. Winder, Mary C Howard, Sarah C Kerr, and Richard B Winder, are the owners of the within mentioned lots or parcels of land, and that they inherited the same from Nathaniel J Winder in 1844  Given under our hands this the 26th day of July 1866.
