I have the honor respectfully to ask that the following Judgements be collected by the milatary authorities, as they can not be collected in any other manner, the civil officers having refused to aid me in the matter.

Case No 1, Samuel Painter (F) Mrs Thornton Thomas, (P), Claims pay for work &c, brought before the Board of Agents at this place March 31st, 1866.  The Board rendered judgement for Plaintiff to the amount of $85 25/100, and defendant also to pay $10 - for contempt of court 

Case No 2  Caroline Douglas vs John Scanlin, (P), Claims pay for work & brought before the Board of Agents at this place April 7th, 1866 - The board rendered judgement for plaintiff to the amount of $40, subject to a credit of $5 -
