The proceedings in the case pending in the United States Court against the property of A.T.M. Rust having been discontinued by order of the Attorney Genl, you are hereby directed to restore said property to its former owner -. The provisions of Circular No 3 current series from the Bureau are to be carefully observed- Nothing in the order of restoration is to be construed as granting any additional claim upon this Bureau for damages or rents, which have accrued-
