Sixth.
   I have the copy of an order, of which the following is a copy, viz:
Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands
Hd Qrs Asst Commr State of Virginia
RIchmond, Sept 14th 1865.
Special Order
No. 55
   So  far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Armistead T. Rush consisting of four hundred (400) acres of land, with buildings thereon, situated in Loudon County Virginia, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3 Current Series War Department, Bureau Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands, and upon the following conditions.
1st   The property will be turned over to Mr Rust upon the expiration of the lease ot any third party or parties if any exists.
2nd   That nothing is this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.
