I have the honor to return herewith Orders for transportation Nos 883 & 4., for Arthur Grandison to Wolf Trap & return, sent in charge of Public horse, the same not being required, as 
the horse formerly in possession of Lt. Page at Charlotte Co, was sent to Lt. Cullen, being more convenient and saving the expense of transportation
