Respectfully referred to the Asst Commr, Bureau, R F. & A.L. Dept of Potomac, with the information that this property is known on the Land Report of this Office as belonging, to, Wilkins, which is evidently an error and must have occurred in the transfer by the Treasury Agt to the Bureau, The property is occupied by the owner and no rents have been recd. from it by the Bureau. It can be restored without detriment to the Interest of the Freedmen.
