and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Charles H Shield Executor as aforesaid all that certain piece or parcel of land herein before described with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtonances to the same belonging being the same piece or parcel of land which formerly belonged to George Wilson late of the Borough of Norfolk and which the said George Wilson purchased of One Anthony Dunn and wife. To Have and to Hold the said piece or parcel of land and the tenement hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging unto the said Charles H Shield Executor as aforesaid of Robert Shield deceased  his heirs and assigns forever, And the Said John McPhail, John Wilson and Margaret Wilson for themselves their heirs, Executors and Administrators do Covenant promise and agree to and with the said Charles H Shield Executor as aforesaid his heirs and assigns that they the said John McPhail, John Wilson and Margaret Wilson will well and truly warrant and defend the title of the aforesaid bargained Land and premises unto the Said Charles H Shield his heirs and assigns against the lawful claim of all and every person and persons whatsoever, In Witness whereof the Said John McPhail and his wife, John Wilson and his wife and Margaret Wilson hath hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year herein first before written
