State of Virginia Accomack County, to wit.
I, John W. Lillet, Clerk of the Court of said County, in the State aforesaid, do certify, that it appears from the Said Rolls of said County, Record Books in my Office, that the heirs at law of George F. [[strikethrough]] illegible [[/strikethrough]] Snead deceased are the fee-simple owners of a certain tract or parcel of land, [[?]] S. 8 miles from the Court House of said County, containing twenty five acres, assessed at Twelve Dollars ($12) per acres, making total valuation Three hundred Dollars:  Also of one Lot,  situated in the Town of Accomock, the value of the buildings thereon being Four hundred and fifty Dollars, and the total value of Lot and Buildings is assessed at Seven hundred Dollars.-  I further certify, that it is well known to me that Martha H. Snead is one of the heirs at law of the said George F. Snead deceased.

In Testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the said seal of the said Court, this 19th day of September, A.D., one thousand eight hundred and sixty six.
