Capt & Supt Requests transportation from that place to Memphis Tenn. for Jane Harris & daughter aged 14 years, and Sophia Bell & daughter aged 16 years, for the within named reasons. Bureau RF&AL Hd Qrs Asst Com'r D of P Richmond Va Dec 1st/66 Respectfully returned to know whether these persons come under the provisions of Circular No. 2. from Bureau Head Qrs dated Washington D.C.
