Respectfully referred to the Asst Commr. with the information that this house, is, by mistake, borne on the records of this Office as on Washington St. It has always been occupied by the owner, and no rents have been collected by the Bureau. 
Papers, upon which a part

of this man's property was restored, were forwarded thro this Office in Sept 1865. It will not be detrimental to the interests of the Bureau to restore this property.
