In fine, Sir, my property is unjustly detained without lawful right, my timber is being robbed, my estate becoming utterly ruined, and my buildings being removed, and this is done by the F Bureau without even an offer of compensation.  When all the valuable timber is taken, the bare land may be returned, and I shall be told to apply somewhere for damages, which are to be assessed, (if assessed at all) by the party who is to pay.

I ask of your Excellency such redress as the case demands:
