Now, therefore, your petitioner respectfully prays that so far as compensation for the said building from the 2d of April, 1866, to the 1st of September, of the same year, is concerned, a board of officers may be convened as soon as the same can conveniently be done, who shall hear all proper evidence as to the value of said property for the time specified, and determine what fair and equitable compensation shall be paid therefor, and that the said board shall be authorized to enquire what damages have been sustained by the said building in consequence of the use and occupation as aforesaid, and shall include that in their estimate.  And your petitioner prays that payment may be made to him as administrator aforesaid, of whatever amount may be so ascertained and allowed.  And your petitioner, as in duty bound, will ever pray &c.
