Proceedings of a Board of Appraisal convened at Richmond pursuant to the following Order namely

Richmond Va Sept 18"1866

I A Board to consist of the following named officers is hereby appointed to meet tomorrow at 10 oclock A.M. or as soon thereafter as practicable, to fix the amount of rent, and the time for which rent should be paid by the Bureau R F and A Lands, for the building situated on the South West Corner of 8th and Broad Streets Richmond Va. The property of Benajah Thomas deceased, recently occupied by the Bureau R F and A Lands, as a Dispensary, and office of Chief Medical Officer.
