149 (129) Feb. 23/97 Mr. J. M. Kennedy, (Personal) Auditor's Office, Brooklyn Elevated R.R.Co. 31 Sands St., Brooklyn, N.Y. Dear Sir: Your interesting letter of Feb. 8 was received during my absence. I thank you for the information given concerning yourself and would say that inasmuch as I visit New York very frequently it would perhaps be better for you to call upon me when there. The next time when east I will let you know, and if you will then give me an hour or two of your time, I can discuss matters with you and save you the expense of a trip to Detroit. Yours truly, Charles L. Freer
