Miss Williams,
Hilyer Art Gallery, Smith College,
Northampton, Mass.
Dear Miss Williams:

A request comes to me from Prof. Rice, head of the Art Dep't of Williams College, for a repetition of your present little Japanese exhibition, and as the Professor is a warm personal friend of mine I am very glad to grant his wish. Will you therefore, at the close of your exhibition forward the kakemono and screens to Prof. Richard A. Rice, Art Association, Williams College, Williamstown, Mass., and if you retained the memorandum of instructions for packing [[?]] by myself and forwarded through Mr. Tyron, will you be good enough to send it to Prof. Rice for his guidance.

I am delighted to hear of the interest shown by your students and others in this little [[?]], and if at any time I can render you any further [[?]] trust you will command me.

Sincerely,
Charles L Freer
