Mr. Frank J. Kepper,
Pontiac, Mich,

Dear Sirs:

Earlier reply to your letter of the 11th prevented by my return from the city.

The recent supplier issue about this company were probably inspired by abandoned [[?]] and are without foundation. The present stock holders are not to be forced out. We have gone through four years of continued preparation during which time we have fully evaluated the physical condition of our several plants, have paid interest on our mortgage deeds, have divided among the stock-holders when we felt it prudent to [[?]] and incorporated a value of nearly $300,200.00.

We have recently entered orders for 1600 cars, Our Pontiac Plant is in fact contracted [[?]] up to cars per day, and from inquiries we are receiving from [[?]] companies we have hopes of a reasonably fair business for the Fall and Winter. You can rest assured that there is absolute harmony in the management and the best [[?]] of those in the management is being and will be extended in the estimate of the property.

Yours very truly,
Frank J Hecker
