Rufus E. Moors. Esq..
33 Union Square, New York City
My dear Mr.Moore:-
I have your note of 24th enclosing invoice amounting to $137.50 covering my recent purchase of pottery. The goods have not yet been received, but will doubtless come to hand to-morrow. In the meantime I am leaving town for a two weeks trip to the Hot Springs of Virginia,so I am preparing this settlement in advance, which I trust will only reach you.
I hope that some time you will find it both agreeable and convenient to visit Detroit and see my group of Oriental things.
Yours very truly,
Charles L Freer
