June 20th, 1898.

Mr. Edward S. Hull, Jr.,
31 Nassau Street, New York City.

My dear Mr. Hull:

I returned from the Hot Springs on Friday last and during the following day and yesterday I examined the kakemono etc and find them all right.

I take pleasure in enclosing herewith draft on New York payable to your order for $2025.00, which squares our account to date.

I have in my possession one copy of the Hiroshige Triptych Whirlpool belonging to you, which will be sent to you at the first opportunity. I am leaving for New York to-night and if possible while there I will ask you to give me a look at the Japanese books.

With personal regards, I am,
Yours very truly,
Charles L Freer
