I have your letter of the 27th inst., and in reply beg to say that I have willingly given my consent to Mr. Tryon to loan an important picture by him to your third annual exhibition. Mr. Tryon will send the necessary blanks, and if you will let me know the latest day for receiving the picture, I will have Messrs. Hanna & Noyes of this city pack and forward same.
