My dear Mr. Jacquette:

Enclosed herewith I beg to hand you drafts on the National Park Bank of New York payable to the order of the Central Trust Company of New York as follows:

#6492 for $16,250.00, being the remaining 65% due on subscription of $25,000.00 made by Mr. T. N. Fly to the Capital Stock of the American Car and Foundry Company.

#6493 for $65,000.00, being the remaining 65% due on subscription of $100,000.00 made by P. J. Hacker to the capital stock of the American Car and Foundry Company.

#6491 for $65,000.00, being the remaining 65% due on subscription of $100,000.00 made by C. L. Freer to the capital stock of the American Car and Foundry Company.

Upon receipt hereof, will you kindly take these drafts personally to the Central Trust Company's office and make the final payments on the above subscriptions, receiving therefore the Central Trust Company's subscription certificates ^receipts, which kindly place with the papers belonging to Col. Hacker and myself, which are now in your care and hold same for me until my return to New York.
