My dear Mr. Wells:-

Enclosed herewith please find letter from Mr. O.W. Meysenburg, President of the Wells and French Company, dated March 13th 1899, in which is attached copy of a letter from Mr. Otis H. Waldo addressed to Mr. Meysenburg, dated March 11th, all in reference to license fee etc. which is sent for your information.

I found the abstracts of the Peninsular Plant yesterday and turned them over to Mr. Angell. Matters here are going very smoothly and I expect to return to New York the latter part of this week.
