Dear Sir:-

In checking up the settlement received from the Guaranty Trust Company for 156 First Mortgage [[?]] of the Michigan Peninsular Car Co. owned by Hecker and Freer, on [[?]] and interest from March 1st to April 1st, my attention is [[?]] the fact that on February 25th last the Guaranty Trust Company purchased for our account 12 M.P.Bonds at 105 and interest, paying therefor for principal interest and brokerage $12,661.35, which amount Hecker and Freer paid to the Guaranty Trust Co. on the above date by check No. [[?]] March 1st Hecker and Freer [[?]] received $300.00 for semi-annual interest on these bonds, and [[?]] from the [[?]] Company stating that such [[?]] been credited on our accounts and as this amount of interest included in the settlement named above for the 156 bonds, I [[?]] advise you concerning.
