If it is the conclusion of the Trust Company under the advice of its counsel that the Trust Company is not authorized as Trustee by any of the provisions of the mortgage to act in the capacity requested by the resolution of the Directors Meeting of Michigan-Peninsular Car [[strikethrough]] [[?]] [[/strikethrough]] Company held April thirteenth eighteen hundred ninety nine, will you be good enough to have a letter to that effect sent me promptly.
