182 April 24th, 1899. PRIVATE. My dear Dan:- On my return home yesterday morning, I found the two very beautiful Navajo blankets which you so kindly sent; also the samples showing the Indian method of weaving these blankets, which is truly interesting. I shall long have occasion, I am sure, while using these blankets, to bear you in most grateful remembrance. I need not, however, say to you that I could not forget you under any circumstances. With every good wish, I remain Yours faithfully, Charles L Freer D.B. Robinson, Esq., President St. Louis & San Francisco Railroad Co., St. Louis, Mo.
