To Wm. McMillan, Esq., Treasurer,
American Car & Foundry Co.,
St. Louis, Mo.

I have just seen your letter of the twenty-first to President Russel, State Savings Bank. I will consider it a personal favor if you will open your Detroit Treasury account with Mr. Russel's Bank, which, if done, I am confident will prove entirely satisfactory to you. Mr Russel will gladly arrange reciprocal relations with the National Bank of Commerce.
