Col. Frank J Hecker
Detroit, Mich.

Dear Colonel:-

I beg to hand you herewith a memorandum of some unsettled matters in connection with the Sheffield Farm owned by the Wilson Estate. You will notice that certain payments will fall due ere long. The accounts covering the same will come from C.H. Williams, farmer at Sheffield, and will bear his certification. On receipt thereof, will you kindly pay the same from my personal funds. Mr. Potter, President of the American Trust and Savings Bank, Executors of the Estate, during our conversation of yesterday, stated that it would simplify matters if I would make these payments direct and collect the same from the Estate after my return next fall.

The farmer's account for personal services and wages of hired help will be presented monthly, which I am also to pay. There will be a monthly credit for cream sold, but I do not know how much it will amount to.

Mr. Aikman is fully conversant with all the details.

Yours very truly,
Charles L Freer
