Dear Sir:-

Referring to the seventeen hundred and eighty six loads of the Michigan-Peninsular Car Company, now in your possession,  having been provided you for the full payment of the principal thereof and the [[?]] and interest thereon, will you oblige this Company in cancelling the same, as trustee, together with all paid coupons which were formerly attached to these bonds and which are now in your possession and oblige
