Mr. Edward S. Hull, Jr.,
31 Nassau Street, New York City.

My dear Mr. Hull:-

The Books and Prints have been received and the price of the prints is satisfactory, that is, $105.00 for the three prints.

I find in checking up the books that you have made three mistakes in prices, viz:-

#161 should be $3.00 instead of $5.00
#207 should be $4.00 instead of $5.00
#745 should be $2.50 instead of $5.00

This makes a reduction of $5.50, bringing, gross --- $229.00
40% discount on $229.00 is ------------------------- 91.60
Leaving a net amount of ---------------------------- $137.40.

I think a round price of $150.00 is a fair price and I am sending you settlement on that basis herewith enclosed. Please receipt and return voucher at your early convenience.

I have been so extremely busy since returning home that I found it impossible to examine the Fennallosa kakemono as carefully as I would like to. I will do it in the next day or two and then write you concerning them. The stencils are indeed very interesting, but I do not feel that I care to purchase them.

With best regards, I am,

Yours very truly,
Charles L Freer
