President, American Car and Foundry Co.,
St. Louis, Mo.

My dear Mr. Bixby:-

Mr. Eaton has requested me to send to you a letter introducing Mr. W.N. McMillan to Mr. Bagshawe, and I am happy indeed to enclose the same herewith.

I shall start on my trip to-morrow the third and shall be at the Waldorf Hotel on Friday. If there is anything further that I can do for you before my departure, don't hesitate to let me hear from you.

Wishing you a very successful and pleasant summer, I remain,

Yours faithfully,
