My dear Sir:-

In checking up the dividend checks received from the Treasurer of the Pressed Steel Car Company on Mr. C. L. Freer's holdings of Preferred Stock of that Company, I find that 709 shares of this stock, is owned by Mr.Freer but stands in your name and that the dividend on these shares was therefore paid to you. At your convenience will you kindly let Mr.Freer have your check for $1240.75 in payment of the above dividend, being 2,3/4% on 709 shares.
