Dear sir:- Enclosed herewith I beg to hand you the following certificates of Preferred Capital Stock of the Pressed Steel Car company:- Certif.#80, in name of Charles Lang Freer, Trustee, --- 100 shares Certif. #A. 27 in place of E.N. Dickerson, --------- 9 shares. [[total]] --------------------------------------------- 109 shares. Will you kindly have issuadin [[issue in]] lieu thereof the following certificates of Preferred Capital Stock of the Pressed Steel Car Company:- One certificate in name of D.W. Tryon, 65 shares. One certificate in name of W.J. McBride, 10 shares One certificate in name of F.W. Mann, 34 shares.
