Enclosed herewith I beg to hand you the following certificates for Preferred and Common Capital Stock of the American Car and Foundry Company:-

(Preferred) No. 31 in name of Blake Bros. & Co., for 100 shares.

(Preferred) No.A1473 in name of Poor & Greenough, for 8 shares.

(Common) No.A1444 in name of Poor & Greenough, for 11 shares.

Will you kindly issue in lieu thereof, three certificates of 100 shares, 8 shares and 11 shares each, in the name of Cameron Currie and Company, return same to us at your early convenience and very much oblige.
