Dear Sir:-

Enclosed herewith I beg to hand you ten First Mortgage Bonds of the Michigan-Peninsular Car Company, Numbers 230, 231, 232, 233, 234, 235, 236, 237, 238, 239, having coupons attached for the semi-annual payment of interest due March 1st, 1899.  These bonds having been registered I also enclose the necessary powers of attorney, executed as follows:-

by Edith E.B. Seyburn, covering bonds #230, 231, 232, 233, 234,
by L.E. Wesson, covering bonds #235, 236, 237, 238, 239,

The cost of the these bonds is as follows:-

10 bonds and 105, ------------------------------ $10,500.00
Accrued interest to March 1st,1899,-------------     250.00
Accrued interest March 1st to June 16th,1899, 
3,1/2 months at 5% -----------------------------     145.83 --- $10,895.83

Will you kindly place $10,895.83 to credit of Mr. C.L. Freer's account with your Company, advise me of such credit, acknowledge receipt of the bonds, and very much oblige.
